Agreed. Exactly the same as a builder who buys the bricks, windows and trades but charges a contract price to build a house. He doesn’t make the bricks, he might even get a subbie to lay them for him, but he can charge what he wants for the finished product if it was agreed under the contract. It counts as turnover.
