In my view, the shareholders were scammed with a bolstered revenue so that founders could receive an enormous amount of performance shares. That was manipulative. They are being strongly investigated for that because it is clear to authorities what they have been up to (of course I don't know for sure).
On the other side, the company appears to be in a great position with its products and outlook.
