Interesting reading over in the ISX forum. They have just taken the ASX to Federal Court over alleged failings to relist the company. I'm not fully across whats going on there but it looks like the ASX has completely overstepped its right to examine and question a company. Some of the questions the ASX asked on internal strategy and decision making were downright ludicrous.
Not saying it's the same thing here, the ASX has uncovered several AB1 stuff ups and not for the first time.
The delay since the release of the answers to ASX questions is now long enough that I'm sure there are further ASX queries being addressed. Given how quickly the ASX questions were raised and how long AB1 took to answer them last time I'm not sure we'll trade until next year.
I'm sure AB1 will be reading the ISX announcement today very very carefully.
