well, that may be the last resort... better to get on the "right" side of the service provider in this case as we may not be in the same boat as ISX imo... we could have a problem but probably not as "daunting" as ISX and if it can be resolved via a few to/fro of emails / questionnaires then best to get it done that way...

ASX is a huge beast and can easily afford lawyer fees but we are tiny and wasting precious cash reserves on the lawyers may not be the right way for us... alos, for all that we may know, ASX could be right in asking AB1 these questions and that way we could be protected by not allowing AB1 to trade in a vaccum... once ASX is satisfied and AB1 has mended it way (assuming that AB1 is in the wrong here) we can look forward to longer term solution...

but yes, this suspension is frustrating for sure...and no regular updates on the progress is even more difficult to digest... ASX should reply to the AB1 query or give us an update on where the issue stands now - FULLY RESOLVED, PARTLY RESOLVED or A NEW CAN OF WORMS OPENED DUE TO THE LAST AB1 RESPONSE
