    I think it should be under ASX as they are responsible to check the reports that a company files as part of their ASX obligations... IF there are some serious irregularities then ASIC would get involved (irrespective of ASX involvement or not)... that will be a different issue IMO...

    well, whatever or whomsoever is responsible, let us hope that this impasse ends soon....
