In the case of ISX it is also alleged that the ASX leaked the confidential information. I think the undertone of that is that the ASX used information for its own benefit or the benefit of its stakeholders. The stakes in this case are huge for the ASX.

The AB1 example is quite different. AB1 have botched listing rules and stuffed up their accounts. I'm sure those simple errors have been fixed now but those more complex questions of when and how revenues are recorded are ongoing.
