Yes JSBStrikesBack. It would seem that SKN is gathering a long list of compliance issues. And each suspension of trading and ASX query chips away at the credibility of companies like this.
All SKN announcements going forward will no doubt be heavily scrutinised by ASX compliance officers. The credibility of the ASX, and the investment dollars of shareholders (many of which many are inexperienced retail holders) must to be protected.
