OK this mornings legal action makes a little more sense now - they were pre-empting ASX release this afternoon of ISX responses to their questions.... ISX were putting them on notice re the confidentiality of the responses

Anyway it's clear (as always suspected) the investigation primarily relates to revenue nature and recognition for the all important June 2018 period.Someone needs to help them reconcile - let's hope the auditors step up to help as it was there job at the time
