Thank you all for your input - and @ceviche, possible questions. ISX has said that they do not sell the bundled (KYC/KYCC and ISXPay) separately. I cannot think of any fraud/corruption-like reason for the ASX question on why they don't sell it unbundled. Might the reason ISX does not sell it unbundled, be a good thing to know if a company was developing software to meet the KYC/KYCC market? Just wondering.
