    And it seems ISX are very carefully choosing their annual report words about the potential penalties resulting from the ongoing ASIC investigation into compliance in 2018 and 2019.

    The penalty risk here on balance is not about money or company reputation. The risk for the ISX directors is about who will be ISX directors.
