More than anything, I find the whole tone of their response condescending and rude. Even more so, because they chose to compare the situation to the events in Australia - which seems completely inappropriate to me. According to them, everything is "standard industry practice", or unavoidable due to the unforseen weather event.
I wonder how they feel about "standard shareholder practice" in situations like these? (It's all right - we don't have to decide what that is just now - we can make it up later as they do).
More than anything, I find the whole tone of their response...
