Information about Capital Raisings often end up in the press before they are announced to the market via the ASX. The ASX does not appear to take any action in those cases.
Hopefully since the CEO has admitted the mistake, the suspension will be lifted tomorrow and any penalty (if any) will occur without shareholders also being penalised by continuing the suspension.
