On 15 April a reply from TBG/TDL was posted on the ASX site in response to a query from the latter of 24 March. A likely problem with TBG/TDL trading again is that they didn't actually answer the ASX query, and indeed TBG/TDL were told to reply by 3 April, but did not do so until 14 April; and they did not address that elephant in the room in any way - a sensible approach would have been to say 'sorry we are late but we required time to sort our answers'...
Anyway, in the 15 page reply, TBG/TDL make meaningless statements of we didn't know / didn't need to know / couldn't have known, and on the above basis one would suspect that the ASX is asking for actual answers instead of rhetoric, and clarification of why the reply was 11 days late. Obfuscation / BS should not cut it in replies to ASX; and thus knows when and if it will open again. Competency in the history of this company is low.
