    I don't know how these things work as am definitely not a competent investor. However, reading the 15 page reply would suggest significant large red shoes are a TDL/TBG feature. The officious format attempts to present formal responses, but most statements actually just mean 'we didn't know / didn't need to know / couldn't have known'...kind of a Trump-like piss-take-treatise on how not to do excuse management. Who knows what'll happen
