I half the people on this forum can use Google to uncover what has already been thrown around I am not sure how extensive their searches were.

Extensive enough.
Did you expect them to do a police clearance? Get a pardon from the president?
They have strategically and intelligently mentioned “ASIC” having good standings.
Any further investigation from ASIC is a slap on their on face.
