yes big ask but given govt swinging towards renewables chances are high for funding IMO. in addition Qld state govt elections in Aug/Sept 2020 and they desperately need some good news for North Qld (given that coal debacle in federal elections so they need to claw back voters there) so this IMO would be a definite vote swinger so they may look at it quite favourably as well. so big ask but IMO definite prospects of getting the finance.
