this is a kick in the guts for SH's. this is just the tip of the iceberg as forewarned by a number of posters.
really looks like its getting to the tail end now and not in a good way.
changes in the board are not what i consider a show of strength - if anything IMO it has weakened the leadership!
where to from here??? - gosh not looking forward - will have to reconsider my position methinks!
