smacks of a disgruntled ex-board member or SH pointing the ASX in the exact direction via a complaint.
they could have been more transparent and forthcoming.
some holders moaned a few yrs back about ann's which were too frequent, and now the opposite is true to some. some dealings are not mns, they are private companies of which mns is invested in so they dont HAVE to ann changes or when things don't happen. transparency is good but lack of it just makes it harder to dyor. has the effect of hype or selectively good rumours. but - absence of evidence is not evidence of abscence either - and the ship is quite waterproof and there has been a fair amount cooking in the kitchen.
personally, i've known about the bhel libcoin thing for about a year, and yes they should have put out an ann but I dont think technically breeching ASX rules. not a great decision given the implications imo.
