This begs the questions.... If SKN already had a sanitiser formula, why did they enter into an agreement to purchase Path-Away from Hollista?
If they are no longer purchasing Path-Away from Hollista this is good news as the $600k can go back into the bank.
Just seek clarification on what has actually occurred...
