As you're such an expert on financial reporting maybe you can explain to the rest of us exactly how they can report revenue of only $5.9M for 12 months to 30/6/20, but about two months later they've managed to crank out $7.6M in invoiced sales for the last 12 months.

Do they have 100s of new clients? Have they signed some big new contracts? Where has the extra $1.7M come from? They sure haven't announced anything.

Call me whatever you like but I reckon there is more to see here and we haven't heard the end of it. Issue/conversion of performance shares to directors is square in ASX's and ASIC's sights.
