There was no technical grievance.
COP issued FAR a PE rights notice then stonewalled right after Coleman told them the error of their ways.
FAR reserved their rights because COP offered those rights to them.
I agree on the CNE front.
I expected them to do a joint sale.
I doubt it will be a better deal but atm any deal is better than the alternative.
