In the past DMG was very good to not waste shareholders money.So...

    In the past DMG was very good to not waste shareholders money.
    So it was a surprise to see this BIG jump in the last quarter payments.
    From average $35,250 per quarter to $255,000 and most went to Mr Gardner pocket...
    Few more quarter and he cloud empty the treasury and close the shop.
    He is not able to bring together any deals... so he decided, he find a better use of the shareholders money...?
    Shouldn't he ask shareholders approval for such a big rise in payments?
    And I wonder what the board is planning to do now?
