Selling another house latter this year as well, Auckland prices probably at their peak, so maybe another 1.1 to 1.5m depending on how the auction goes.

Might put that into AKP as well, probably latter this year, when they dont meet their targets as expected, and everyone goes crying home to mummy and the ASX.

Now is the best time tactically to buy for long term holders such as myself, throughout the rest of 2021.

2022 and into 2023 will be the big gains, first 50, then 300, and eventually in that 650 to 750k range for buyout of what, approx 20 Billion ?
