    The ASX does not require an announcement to be disclosed for a "draft" document that is still under negotiation and has no material impact.

    Between May to Today, that document has likely undergone multiple revisions & been passed through various levels of Government.

    Announcing a "Draft" is one of the best laughs I have had in a while
