multiple items are and have been coming up. they are going through them with a fine tooth comb finally.
6 weeks suspension initially for a HoA is very strange.....but....
1. Possibly looking into insider trades Thurs/Fri morning of 13th (late news release) 2. Non disclosure of share issues going back to 2018 3. Details of HoA gas agreement and extra reporting required (clamping down on materiality) 4. Release of news in US by counter party (prior to ASX release). 5. Still waiting on court papers (said by Fri 24th) 6. P Crown court case - where's it at? 7. Accounts payables situation
This ASX scrutiny imo, all comes back to the Chairman at time, selling his entire holding "without his knowledge" over a period of 10 months. *shakes head I believe it was sparked from this woeful governance/ oversight....and put some heat on the company from the ASX.
