1gwh = 1 million kwh
Average price of battery packs is $ 100-130/ kwh, So, 1GWH IS $100 Millions OF REVENUE.
the projection of production of CY2022 is 0.8 Gwh battery, 3.6gwh for CY 2023 and so on.
the key thing is can they deliver it ? are their technology worth for scale production while they are many other competitors are in a more advanced position (they are all talking about >300kwh/kg, solid state etc. but the reality is years away )
IMO, IM3NY providing an good alternative for shorter range vehicle, with a cheaper and safer option, and so for energy storage.
