I ask because they did not disclose they were a pre existing customer, so I believed it was 1m excluding asr spend.

What we should have been told is Cashflow is x now and will be x after we buy it because its boosted by us.

To me it is not clear if Torian were a customer of Tarmoola prior to purchase. It’s needs clarification.

How they are accounting for ASR use of Tarmoola after purchase also needs clarification. To many unknowns, too much confusion…….
