I fully understand the bullish comments on trying to get some real traction.
However, the number one focus from Management should be satisfying the regulators and fully capitalize the company so that the suspension can be lifted and the company can get on with the real business of producing and selling products.
The question then becomes, why the reluctance by management to capitalize the business?
The answer can't be the ITO hanging over them. Because this could potentially take months if not years to reach a resolution.
