B. NO, we are not aware of any material tax liability after several informal meetings with ITO.
C. Are so confident in their asset valuations that they are using the SAME Indo valuation company to revalue the assets.
D. The sales team have been doing a great job so expect an increase in sales in 2023.

On the negative side, it sounds like the government incentives are no longer forthcoming. And the cash rolling out the door is BAU.
