Its more than embarrassing. They chose not to tell us about the cosy arrangements they had to get cash bonuses. But probably the biggest laugh is one of the excuses they use about 'cash preservation' lol. Oh the irony. Fancy saying this "...cash preservation is an important component of the Company’s approach to capital management..." whilst you blow all the money on just two drill rigs and need to do a CR twice in three months!
