Interesting that the promised prospectus still hasn't seen the light of day, when the rights issue is meant to be closing in just 14 days!

TMZ said the prospectus would be lodged with ASIC on 20 February. ASIC records indicate it was actually lodged two days later than that, on 22 February, and even more interesting is that another one was lodged on 28 February - presumably because of deficiencies in the original document.
