7.6 The Company entered into a Controlled Placement Agreement (also referred to as an At-The-Market(ATM) facility) (the Agreement) in August 2018 with Acuity Capital Pty Ltd, which was later extendedto 31 January 2023 and has been further extended to 31 January 2026. The Company has nowutilised the facility to raise a total of $43.8m, including $39 million announced 7 Mar 2022, and theremaining standby equity capital available under the ATM is $206.2 million. There are norequirements on the Company to utilise the Agreement and it may terminate the Agreement at anytime, without cost or penalty.
