There should be hanging policy for ASX listed directors. I wasn't born in Australia and belong to country where corruption is normal sadly.
but i have seen in Australia they do it legally LKE directors are corrupt but ASIC won't do anything.
70% of the listed companies lies in Australia and they get away with it because they do it legal way. one of the most corrupt one was CLZ who did for 10 years.
this need to be changed otherwise mum and dad investors will keep suffering
