They claim to be, there is always a bigger fool out there ...the ASX are on to them, worked them out Id say. I see they promoted the woodduck director to CFO and Company secretary. The intial non "independant" board Triumvirate returns and with no outside eyes to see wtf is going on. Hasnt the Frankly deal has gone ultra sour? because they have no money to pay for it,but are now spending more money they dont have on lawyers to defend their position of having no money. Every day must be a disaster in the office.

Also of intrest is that they knew of the writ from Frankly but made no mention of it in the annual report as a post period activity. Its a shit show .
