I would have thought that having the Queensland Department of Enviroment and Science declaring you bankrupt would have a material effect on the share price. Therefore all directors should be held accountable for not releasing the information to the ASX and shareholders.
10 years in a cell should be enough of a deterrent for other unqualified and just generally useless board members aquiring jobs that they should not be doing.
