As for the patent....-delivering a drug nasally- can't be patented. My understanding is -delivering a drug "for a specific purpose" nasally- can also not be patented, as it falls under a generally accepted method. i.e. try and patent delivering a drug intravenously....I think you would get rejected.
Anyway....the whole thing is still in "development" and may or may not ever work.
Value it however you like....it's your money.
