Lol they're asking why LTP didn't disclose in their prospectus or since then, that there was a preliminary report issued on 26/11 with issues in regards to the proposed patent. One of their reasons was that the company SDS received the letter and didn't tell LTP about it. Come on.
One of the main issues raised by the patent office (not the only issue), was that the patent more or less already exists, see below.
