apparently it is a common strategy to use broad claims and then narrow to suit jurisdiction.
LTP's Patent Attorney would guide that strategy as experts in the field.
I hear patent law is rarely black and white and nuance around reviews and implications for patent enforceability is complex. So unless you're an expert in the field or have access to one it's very hard draw definitive conclusions.
Anyway, good to get some info on patents. I would welcome more from the company given the complexity.
