It is relevant to the listing rule that the ASX is saying KOR is not compliant with, Rule 12.1 which is the level of operations. Essentially ASX is arguing that KOR isn't doing enough work to justify being listed, which is a fair argument when looking at their response letter. Either KOR stumps ump and does some actual work (i.e completes MMP and shows a pathway to the operation or shows an executed plan for drilling) or the ASX suspends them. Nothing to do with funding so I don't imagine the ASX will be looking at the books, and 6 months is a common timeframe

For the long-term frustrated holders, the best we can hope for is that this puts a rocket under Andrej to actually complete something rather than repetitive Q's saying we are doing work, but it's incomplete so "no investment decision should be made on this information. Two problems here, one do they have any money to complete this work, and two are they capable of completing any work? Past performance would indicate no.
