I was using "Ponzi" as a derogatory term that this is just an arrangement going nowhere positive and not being run to look after those invested in it... not meant as if I think it is literally a Ponzi scheme.
as for how Fred finally sinks the knife in and ensures he benefits and the non insiders get screwed... haven't worked that out yet.
