AP had no cash to burn, even to pay the employee. They have to issue a loan of at least 5 million to survive through 2024.
Every time they issue a convertible loan, SP drops again and again.

Many ASX companies burn to death, and the holder got nothing.

Don't tell him that. You're just encouraging them. The inference they will make is that the only issues these cats face is one of " tinkering" with the product, and that success is just around the corner, and Don't worry FB will eat the bills in the meantime!
This company is nowhere near any of that.
They are absolutely on dates.
