Their MEMS version 1& 2 wafers had fabricated sucessfull from Tower Semiconductor. They didnt go into production in Tower, in stead go to EM china, which is a new fundry( they had no expeience in fundry at all). Now EM could not set up process flow. AKP said they had no plan B, but to wait.
Fred need to explain that. not to explain how difficult it is.
