I have to say - I wasn't at all aware that EM didn't own it's own fabs! Likely I just missed that but it is a really important factor - puts the whole production side a step removed from AKP with the sort of consequences we're now seeing.
I'm def not changing my sentiment to buy on this news - it can count itself lucky to be sitting on hold TBH.
