Ann: Response to ASX Query Letter, page-9

Disappointing to be sure but in reality the info conveyed in todays announcement is to my mind only reiterating what was disclosed in the quarterly with a caveat to give management a little more breathing room with release/demo batch/ completed chips etc. this company has always operated on the smell of an oily rag in respect to available cash and I don't envisage additional funding from the usual sources drying up. as has been mentioned many times by various posters there is a lot of "face" involved in a successful outcome. Fred has committed an enormous amount of physical capital and personal energy into AKP and along with EM the kudos to be achieved in getting this right will ensure a continued dogged determination in hopefully a successful outcome in the not too distant future.
Not sure what Danny and Yuval are doing at the moment would be great to get some feedback from either but can't imagine there will be anything before the AGM
One consolation with the share price down here it's less of a % to the overall portfolio.
The share price will continue to drift and it's obvious there is no good news imminent so nothing to support the bid and disgruntled holders will continue to the exit
