I agree the lack of market disclosure is a joke and ultimately leads to the sp being hammered. Sadly Fred doesn't care about the share price or holders as he basically controls / owns the company.

If EM had invested the package equipment, why dont they just package the working wafer fromTower and show the demo chip?

The only reason is EM had no ability to package MENS. They had no capital, even dont fullfil their $13 commitment. EM is a trading company only and ready to take APs IP.
