I raised the issue of this tenement, the prime one in the project, way back. KOR did not extend its term, they let it expire, despite saying they will win the court action over it. KOR's MD set up a new company called RIC tenement services (Rheingold Investments Corp) in KOR's HQ and using the HQ address and RIC reapplied a number of times over the same ground for other entities. Trouble was so did a heap of others and there was up 8 or 9 big leases applied for plus a few small ones, all got booted in a ballot or withdrew their applications in Wardens Court. Australian Copper fought a number of these and continue to do so in Wardens Court despite having no applications themselves, if they win it goes to Rheingold. But as I asked before who is paying the cost of this action?
