Well isn't this interesting. If you go through past court listings there appears to be a few hearings with Australian Copper that have not been fully disclosed to ASX. I'm intrigued that this is happening considering E08/2115 was dropped by Australian Copper some time back and , if I remember the announcement, Korab did not consider the tenement to have much of a future. Appears to be some contradiction here as Korab has pegged a large exploration application of 370 blocks around the old E08/2115 tenement, and the chairman's private company, RHEINGOLD INVESTMENTS CORPORATION PTY LTD, has pegged the tenement dropped by Australian Copper being the one Australian Copper dropped, E08/2115. So will the chairman put this tenement into Korab or take it for himself??? Isn't there a conflict here where he drops it from the shareholders then picks it up for himself????
