Well, judging by the comments here, some have grasped the intent and implications of the company's status description update, and others have acted in the exactly predictable ways. SP down >10% from the open, which was already low, with ~19,000 shares traded. That is 19K dumped and 19K snapped up just as quickly. It's amazing how such different views can exist side by side. It's a tense moment for sure. One side is going to be happier than the other soon enough. But for how long is the question.
