Looks like we just may have hit rock bottom price as it bounced back into the 6’s?? Someone very smart is buying up knowing they’re onto a good thing. What a DREAM price to get into or top up!! Of course there are delays, it’s been delayed for 18 years - but those of us invested for so long will not be convinced of anything other than success because we have been through every up and down and know the journey in detail so we know it’s just a matter of a few more delays till we’re there.
