On top of this debacle (and perhaps because of it) there's a question mark over the placement which, remember, we were told on Wednesday that the payment has been delayed. If that does get pulled the restart is at risk, especially when you take into account cash burn from the SX production.
Then no restart definitely means no drawdown of Tranche 2 debt facility. Additionally, Nebari would have to be asking questions about all of this prior to letting TNC draw down debt anyway.
None of this is good and a lot of questions will need to be answered before positive sentiment will return.
How frustrating to be in a Copper Stock when Copper is running only to be hamstrung by dodgy management.
